Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager based in Hyderabad.
- Handle tax litigation matters at various appellate level
- Draft responses and represent the company before tax authorities during scrutiny assessments, TP Assessments and reassessment proceedings
- Monitor tax notices and ensure timely and accurate responses
- Liaison with consultants for TP analysis and benchmarking
- Preparation and filing of corporate Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- Handle tax audits including coordination with auditors and preparation of Form 3CA-3CD
- Filing of Country by Country reporting (CBCR)
- Filing of various statutory forms including Form 3CEB (Transfer Pricing Report), Form 61A (SFT), Form 15CA/CB
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) fresher - 1st or 2nd Attempt only.
- In case of experienced professional 1-2 years of experience into Direct Taxation.
- Strong knowledge of Income Tax Act, 1961/2025, including transfer pricing, assessments and appeals
- Hands-on experience in tax compliance tools and e-filing portals (ITD, TRACES, CPC)
- Excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tax matters simultaneously
