We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales & Marketing to join our Vistaar team.
📍 Location: Bhopal & Indore
🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary : as per market standards
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
💠 Drive revenue through advertising sales, sponsorships, and media partnerships.
💠Identify and develop new business opportunities with advertisers, agencies, and corporate clients.
💠Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
💠Prepare customized media proposals, presentations, and rate plans based on client requirements.
💠Coordinate with editorial, creative, digital, and marketing teams for effective campaign execution.
💠Monitor campaign performance and ensure client satisfaction.
💠Negotiate commercial terms and close sales deals effectively.
💠Track sales targets, prepare MIS reports, and ensure timely collections.
💠Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and advertising innovations.
✅ Desired Candidate Profile:
💠3–6 years of experience in media sales / advertising sales / corporate sales
💠Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
💠Good understanding of print, digital, or integrated media platforms
💠Target-oriented and self-motivated professional
💠Experience in handling agencies and direct clients will be preferred
