Job Description

• Responsible for product quality for the hydraulic systems like pumps, valves, power unit and cylinders.
• Responsible for customer complaints and initiate closure through systematic problem solving within defined timeline.
• Coordinating and resolving the internal/external Product/process quality topics along with CFT team involving Q-Methods support. Q-table participation from QMM department.
• Moderating Manufacturing Works quality to drive the corrective actions. Independent verification for corrective action implementation & effectiveness.
• Conduct process audit as per VDA standard, system audit as per ISO 9001 standard and spot audit.
• Representing Ahmedabad plant during various meeting with Germany team.
• Customer engagement through virtual and face to face meetings
• PPAP/ISIR submission to customers with compiling necessary Quality reporting from Manufacturing
• Moderation/Coaching of Quality Methods – FMEA, CP, 8D, 4Q and QG/APQP Support during ISO 9001 external audit

Qualifications

B.E Mechanical with 8 to 10 yrs.

1. Automotive quality system requirements – PPAP, PFMEA, CP, MSA, SPC

2. Problem solving tools & technique – knowledge & implementation experience

3. Customer audit handling experience

4. Communication with customer(s) on Customer complaints/Feedback

5. Certified auditor for QMS

6. Axial piston pump function, Hydraulic Power Unit, Cylinders, valves/operation know-how will be added advantage
