Job Description
Description: The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams including medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, analytical sciences, DMPK, and bioinformatics while contributing to scientific publications, technical documentation, patents, and innovation-driven research programs.
Key Requirements
- PhD/M.Tech/MSc/M.Pharm in Cell Biology, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Pharmacology, or related fields
- Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture, PCR/qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, Western blotting, ELISA, fluorescence/confocal microscopy, flow cytometry, and cellular assays
- Experience in cell viability, proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, migration, uptake, and mechanistic biology studies
- Exposure to peptide therapeutics, biologics/NBEs, nanotechnology, biomaterials, or drug delivery systems preferred
- Experience with 3D cell culture, spheroids/organoids, zebrafish/in vivo models, or translational biology will be an added advantage
- Strong experimental design, troubleshooting, data interpretation, and scientific writing capabilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multidisciplinary R&D environment
- Strong publication record and translational/industrial research exposure preferred
- Good communication, mentoring, collaboration, and project management skills

Consultancy Role: Provide expert advice to the organization and it’s managers on any aspect of workforce management and employee relations and performance.
Service Role: Ensure the organization is fully aware of and is equipped to deal with developments impacting employment matters, such as changes in legislation, changes in the characteristics of the labor market.
