Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with Data Centre providersSet face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including "C" level executives within our target marketplaceDeliver customer presentations that are top-notch and articulate the JLL Value PropositionDevelop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipelineDevelop a thorough understanding of the JLL Advisory Service processApply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cyclesAssess client requirements & Execute Transaction – Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, cash flows, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations, Legal and Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clientsResponsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
