What this job involves:
- Proactively Lead & engage in business development activities to win new business for data centre Services – at the Regional level; this includes sourcing, executing & closing deals.
- Responsible for identifying & nurturing existing key corporate relationships & build new relations with data centre providers
- Set face-to-face meetings with business leaders and decision-makers, including "C" level executives within our target marketplace
- Deliver customer presentations that are top-notch and articulate the JLL Value Proposition
- Develop, maintain and grow an ongoing sales pipeline
- Develop a thorough understanding of the JLL Advisory Service process
- Apply solution and consultative sales skills to manage account cycles
- Assess client requirements & Execute Transaction – Option Sourcing, Client Presentations, cash flows, site Inspections, providing pricing inputs, Negotiations, Legal and Closure. Ensure comprehensive market coverage whilst proposing suitable options to clients
- Responsible for customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms. Ensuring client engagement through calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow-up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.

- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills enabling the Development of good relationships and stakeholder management with both clients and colleagues
- A minimum of 15 years of successful sales experience is required, and/or a track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- A formal understanding/ experience of selling Data Centre services
- Must have the ability to clearly articulate the company's offerings and develop solutions for customers and prospects
- MBA or equivalent qualification
