RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Responsible for handling inbound & outbound calls.
- Responsible for resolving the queries of investment products, investment options, financial market, updates in capital market.
- Identify customers’ needs on every requirement with quick response time.
- Handle the complaints and enquiries of customers.
- Responsible to handle continuous interaction with the clients to identify their requirements and provide trading/hedging solutions through existing product gamut.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Should have excellent communication, writing, typing & presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of share market,w financial trends, equity derivative, options trading.
- NISM 8 Certificate
- 1-4 years experience in customer service
