Role Overview:
You will be responsible for managing policy issuance, endorsements, client servicing, and operational coordination with insurance companies. A critical part of this role is creating, maintaining, and analyzing MIS reports and operational data using Advanced Excel. The candidate must ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and efficient policy administration while supporting client requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform policy quality checks and manage endorsements.
• Coordinate with insurance companies for policy issuance and corrections.
• Update and maintain client policy records and documentation.
• Calculate premium changes for additions and deletions.
• Create and publish MIS and reports using Advanced Excel.
• Share reports and policy details with clients.
• Resolve client queries and support operational requirements.
Job requirements:
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Excel – Mandatory***
• 2+ years experience in Insurance, TPA or broking field.
• Must be proficient in Data Validation and Handling large data sets.
• Ability to prepare MIS and operational reports
• Excellent communication skill is required
• Good analytical and logical thinking
