- Conduct Virtual audits of the centre and prepare reports accordingly
- All the observations /issues to be shared as per defined TAT
- 100% audit points to be captured and reports to be published accurately
- Escalate critical or unresolved issues as per escalation matrix.
- Analyze repeated complaints and suggest process improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, technical, field staff, etc.) for resolution.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all the observations shared with stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SLAs, and quality standards.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on issue handling and TAT compliance.
