What Would the Work Entail:


  • Demonstrate strong business development activities through networking and other sources
  • Reach out & follow up with the fastest growing corporate companies and secure business
  • Proactively engage with key decision makers of potential clients to understand and analyze the possible commercial office space requirement.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships
  • Negotiations: should be able to get the deal closure by negotiating fair terms between buyer and seller
  • Documentation: Understand the deal and get actively involved in due diligence process and documentation thereafter
  • Articulate and present reports/ deliverables in required detail to clients
  • Understand and develop knowledge of the relevant players in the industry (both investment and development side of real estate)
  • Ensure timeliness and accuracy of deliverables, client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, follow-up, timely submission of company proposals and overall governance during the execution phase.
