Job Title: Assistant Manager - Corporate Procurement
Reports To: Corporate Finance Head

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Manager - Corporate Procurement to manage our procurement processes at the Sarovar Corporate office. The ideal candidate will handle the entire purchasing lifecycle, from sourcing and vendor evaluation to placing orders, tracking deliveries, and ensuring quality standards are met. You will play a key role in optimizing costs, managing inventory levels, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and qualify potential suppliers; negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare and process purchase orders (POs) accurately, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget constraints.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods, track shipments, and expedite orders to meet internal production schedules.
- Analyze market trends and vendor pricing to achieve cost savings while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels in collaboration with warehouse teams to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor contracts, and price lists. Generate regular procurement MIS reports on cost savings and performance.
- Liaise with the quality department to address any issues with received goods, ensuring compliance with specifications.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 06 years of proven work experience in Purchase ops in hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft suite skills.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to resolve supply chain bottlenecks, delivery issues, or damaged goods discrepancies.
