Position Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance professional to support the firm's Investment Banking business. The incumbent will be responsible for ensuring adherence to applicable regulatory requirements, reviewing and vetting compliance matters, managing documentation, and supporting the overall governance framework of the organization.
The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly Investment Banking, along with excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Investment Banking business in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Review, vet, and manage legal and compliance-related documentation, agreements, and regulatory filings.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain and manage legal, regulatory, and corporate documentation for the firm.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders, external legal advisors, regulators, and compliance professionals as required.
- Conduct compliance reviews and support regulatory audits, inspections, and due diligence exercises.
- Monitor regulatory developments affecting the Investment Banking business and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Company Secretary (CS) and/or Law Graduate (LL.B.) from a reputed institution.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a financial services organization, preferably within Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Merchant Banking, or related domains.

- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience supporting Investment Banking or Capital Markets transactions.
- Exposure to regulatory frameworks governing financial services and investment banking activities.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
