Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Client Services, based in Gurugram & Bengaluru. The role involves managing client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and delivering exceptional customer service. The day-to-day tasks include addressing client concerns, providing insights for service improvement, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring projects are delivered to client standards and on time. The Assistant Manager will also analyse client feedback to improve service quality and resolve any issues swiftly and effectively.
Experience level : We are looking for candidates with 6 years of experience in this role and should be ready to work onsite in office.
Salary Range : would be up to INR 5.5 Lacs, as per profile / experience / portfolio and interview feedback. Must be ready to provide with work proof and verification details
Requirements & Expectations
- Experience in working currently with a Digital Agency is Mandatory
- Proficiency in Client Services and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in the managing International clients is a plus
- Experience in making powerpoint presentations, project trackers is mandatory
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret client feedback and suggest service improvements
- Experience in working on project management tools is a must (like - Jira / Click-Up etc)
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Should have knowledge on working with AI platforms for research and strategy
