We are seeking a talented individual to join at Marsh Risk India, a Marsh business. This role will be based in Mumbai
Assistant Manager – Business Support/HR (HR Analytics & Regulatory Support)
Role Summary
Partner with HR, Compliance/Legal and business stakeholders to deliver HR analytics and reporting while supporting IRDAI-related training, compliance updates and communications.
We will count on you to:
- Deliver HR analytics: attrition insights, workforce forecasting, budgeting support, dashboards, and monthly/quarterly leadership reports.
- Support workforce planning: headcount forecasting and hiring demand analysis.
- Create MIS reports using Excel; ensure strong data validation and hygiene.
- Manage mandatory training repository, compliance reports/returns, and coordinate with Legal & Compliance team for annual IRDAI audits.
- Maintain IRDAI compliance portal updates.
- Track and manage training data for internal systems and ensure audit readiness.
- Support internal communications(timely, accurate, compliance-aligned).
- Drive effective stakeholder management across HR, Compliance/Legal, and business teams.
What you need to have:
- Graduate/MBA (any stream) with 2-3 years experience in analytics/reporting and stakeholder management.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and execution focus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and HR reporting/MIS.
