The role is part of the Business & Commercial Finance function and will support various finance-led initiatives across business operations. The role offers exposure to multiple areas of finance, including performance reporting, commercial analysis, franchisee operations, and treasury coordination. The exact scope may evolve based on business priorities and individual strengths.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyse periodic MIS, including business, franchisee, and performance reports
- Support commercial and margin analysis across stores / channels
- Assist in monitoring franchisee financial operations, including margin assurance, funding, inventory norms, and receivables
- Coordinate with treasury teams on hedging-related MIS, MTM tracking, and internal reporting
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and ad-hoc business analysis as required
- Assist in evaluation of business proposals such as inventory enhancement, store-level funding, or operational initiatives
- Liaise with internal stakeholders across operations, supply chain, and finance teams
- Provide analytical support for management reviews and decision-making
Desired Profile
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- 1–3 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in Business Finance / FP&A / Commercial Finance
- Articleship experience in audit or consulting in Big 4 or Tier 1 CA firms preferred
- Strong understanding of financial statements and business drivers
- Expert working knowledge of MS Excel; exposure to MIS / dashboards preferred
· Hindi speaking skills would be an added advantage
- Strong analytical and communication skills
