We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to join the Business Finance team. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders to drive financial planning, analysis, and decision-making support.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Track business performance against financial targets
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and dashboards
- Business Partnering
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Operations, Product)
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions
- Evaluate new business initiatives and cost optimization opportunities
- Financial Reporting
- Support month-end and quarter-end closing activities
- Analyze revenue, costs, and profitability across business segments
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Perform detailed financial analysis to identify trends and risks
- Build financial models to support business cases
- Drive automation and process improvements
- Compliance & Controls
- Ensure adherence to internal financial controls
- Support audits and regulatory requirements
Qualifications/Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- CA Fresher or candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of financial modeling is a plus
- Good understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Skills (Good To Have)
- Exposure to FP&A / Business Finance during articleship or work experience
- Familiarity with tools like Power BI, SQL, or ERP systems
