Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru for the role of Assistant Manager Business Development. The responsibilities include identifying prospects, developing and maintaining business relationships, and generating leads to drive revenue growth. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to create proposals, presenting services to prospective clients, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Assistant Manager will analyze market trends, prepare reports, and contribute to business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Market Research
- Strong skills in Sales, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in creating and delivering client presentations, preparing proposals, and building pipelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data for strategic planning
- Self-motivated and able to adapt to dynamic business environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the Integrated Facility Management or Services industry is a plus
