About the Role
Actively develop and manage HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sales channel. Identify and develop new B2B customers in food processing, QSR, snacks, seasonings, and related segments.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales of HVP, hydrolyzed pea protein, and functional & instant premixes.
- Conduct product presentations, trials, and technical discussions with clients.
- Coordinate with R&D and production teams for sampling and product customization.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and provide pricing strategy inputs.
- Prepare sales forecasts and business development reports.
- Support new product launches and portfolio expansion.
Qualifications
- Graduation in Food Technology / Food Science (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
