We are looking for a dynamic and driven Assistant Manager – Business Development to support sales growth in the hospitality segment. The role involves client acquisition, relationship management, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities in hotels, aviation, and hospitality chains
- Support in achieving sales targets for ELV solutions
- Assist in preparing proposals, BOQs, and techno-commercial submissions
Client Handling
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and end clients
- Conduct meetings, site visits, and presentations
- Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
Sales Support
- Coordinate with internal technical and execution teams for solution design
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and closures
- Maintain CRM updates and sales pipeline
Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities and market trends in the hospitality segment
- Identify upcoming projects and tender opportunities
Key Skills & Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle client discussions and presentations
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and proposal drafting
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelors' degree or Graduation
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) is an added advantage
- Prior exposure to hospitality projects is mandatory.
- Energetic, target-driven, and eager to learn
