Job Summary:We are looking for a Business Development professional responsible for driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and offering effective technical solutions.
The role involves engaging with customers at early stages, understanding their requirements, and working closely with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders
- Track potential projects and opportunities from early stages to closure
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) for smooth execution
- Prepare and share proposals/quotations with clients
- Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry interactions
- Stay updated with market trends and customer needs
Qualifications and Skills:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development, Technical Sales, or similar roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand technical products and customer applications
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking systems
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
