Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
Drive sales for cybersecurity and IT products, including Email Security, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Data Backup Solutions, Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Endpoint Protection, and SaaS products
Lead Generation & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, research, and market outreach.
Sales Cycle Management:
Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closure while ensuring strong client engagement.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Market Research & Collaboration:
Analyze market trends and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and outreach initiatives.
Sales Reporting:
Track and report sales performance, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management.
Cross-Team Coordination:
Work closely with technical support and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and successful deployments.
Team Leadership:
Support and guide the sales team to achieve targets and improve overall performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT or cybersecurity sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions, SaaS products, and IT risk management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- Leadership ability with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
