Key Accountabilities
- Achieve topline year order book and revenue targets while aligning with gross margin and business acquisition guidelines.
- Carry targets linked to compensation, including order booking, revenue targets, and new lead generation.
- Drive consistent and predictable channel bookings through joint business planning and ongoing channel enablement with direct market units.
- Work closely with the Sell-through TechM team to execute joint business planning and deliver results.
Mandatory Skills
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales, marketing, and customer success/support models.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Desirable Skills
- Experience in channel enablement and joint business planning.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and deliver results under pressure.
