Role Summary
We are looking for a proactive Assistant Manager – Business Development to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand business across the healthcare ecosystem. The role requires strong market understanding, relationship management, and execution capabilities to convert opportunities into sustainable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across healthcare segments
- Build and manage partnerships with hospitals, diagnostics, corporates, and institutions
- Drive market expansion and execute go-to-market strategies
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity mapping
- Achieve revenue targets and close business deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of projects
Preferred Experience
Exposure to one or more of the following:
- Hospital & Clinical Networks
- Pharma / Medical Devices (a Plus)
- Digital Health / EMR / EHR Platforms
- Diagnostics & Lab Services
- Insurance / Corporate Healthcare
Skills & Competencies
- Strong networking and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Business acumen with analytical thinking
- Understanding of healthcare ecosystem and regulations
- Result-oriented with an entrepreneurial mind-set
- Able to travel Pan India.
Qualifications
- Graduate in Business / Healthcare / Life Sciences or related field
- MBA / PGDM preferred
