ROLE - Assistant Manager - Permission Calling Team

About the role:
We are looking for a driven and hands-on Manager – Campaign Operations to lead a 25–30 member team
supporting on-ground brand campaigns across residential societies for NoBrokerHood.
Your primary goal will be to ensure campaigns start on time, run smoothly, and stakeholders are consistently
updated. This role requires strong operational control, people leadership, and the ability to manage fast-moving
campaign environments.
Job Description:
● Lead and manage a 5–10 member campaign operations team working closely with societies and internal
teams to ensure seamless campaign execution
● Prioritize daily and weekly tasks to ensure campaign timelines are met
● Monitor key operational metrics and take corrective actions where needed
● Coordinate with Brand/Marketing and City Operations teams to quickly resolve day-to-day execution
challenges
● Ensure campaigns launch as scheduled and meet compliance standards
● Share clear and concise daily/weekly updates on campaign status, risks, and next steps
● Drive accountability, productivity, and team performance in a target-driven environment
Skills & Requirements
● 4–7 years of experience in operations, outbound calling, tele-sales, or campaign coordination
● Prior experience managing or supervising a team
● Strong communication skills with the ability to align multiple teams and stakeholders
● Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
● Ability to monitor performance metrics and maintain operational discipline
● Ownership mindset with comfort handling targets and fast-paced campaign cycles
● Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight timelines
