Role Description

The Assistant Manager - BOQ and Estimation will oversee the preparation and review of Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and estimation processes, ensuring project cost optimization and accuracy. Responsibilities include analyzing project specifications, preparing cost estimates, monitoring project budgets, coordinating with the procurement and project teams, and supporting client inquiries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon.

Qualifications

• Expertise in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and quantity take-offs
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in interpreting project specifications and designs
• Proficiency in estimation tools and software; knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel is a plus
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project coordination skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
• 5-6 years of relevant experience in construction, estimation, or related roles
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
