🚛 We’re Hiring | Senior Executive / Assistant Manager – Billing 🚛
Globe International Carriers Ltd. (GICL) is strengthening its Full Truck Load (FTL) operations across India and is looking for an experienced Billing professional from the transportation & logistics industry.
📍 Location: Jaipur (Head Office)

🔹 Role: Assistant Manager – Billing (Transportation & Logistics)
🎯 Who Should Apply:
✔ Minimum 3+ years of experience in billing operations within transportation / logistics industry
✔ Hands-on experience working on Logistics ERP systems
✔ Strong knowledge of FTL billing, freight invoices, PODs, debit/credit notes & reconciliation
✔ Experience in client-wise billing, rate contracts, and PAN-India transporter coordination
✔ Working knowledge of GST, e-invoicing, and compliance-related billing
✔ Ability to independently manage high-volume billing

💼 Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end FTL billing operations
• ERP-based billing entries and invoice generation
• POD verification and document validation
• Coordination with operations, sales & finance teams
• Resolution of billing discrepancies and client queries
• Maintaining billing MIS and records
💰 Compensation: ₹3–5 LPA only
