Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Assistant Manager - Banking Finance. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing banking relationships, conducting financial analysis, supporting loan processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, overseeing fund management, and preparing reports on financial performances and risks. The role also includes collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive financial transactions and implement financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Analysis, Loan Management, and Fund Management
- Experience in Banking Relationships and Financial Compliance
- Proficiency in preparing financial reports, risk assessments, and forecasting
- Knowledge of financial regulations, corporate finance principles, and investment strategies
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools
- CA / MBA Finance, Banking, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
- Experience in the electric mobility or transportation sector is desirable
Experience :
3 to 5 Years in Project Finance/ Banking Finance/ Debt Fund raising / Infrastructure Financing
*Preferred Industry Experience:
Infrastructure / Logistics/ renewable Energy / Mobility sector
*Skills & Competencies:
- Understanding of infrastructure/project finance structures
- Knowledge of loan documentation, concession agreements, and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Preparing financial models, Information memorandum for lenders and project evaluation
- Maintaining healthy relationship with Lenders / Investors
- Prepare presentation / management notes for regular update
- Preparation of Project MIS, cash flow monitoring, compliance under financing agreement
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and tight timelines
