Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for an Assistant Manager - Audit, based in Jaipur. The primary responsibilities include managing and executing financial audits, preparing and reviewing financial statements, overseeing accounting records, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and conducting detailed financial analyses. The role also involves identifying areas of improvement and delivering recommendations for enhanced financial and operational efficiency to clients.
Qualifications
- Strong financial expertise, including proficiency in Financial Statements and Financial Audits
- Solid background in Accounting and Finance, with evidence of experience or related qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess financial data and extract valuable insights
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CA qualification, CMA, MBA Finance or Semi qualified CA with experience is preferred
- Knowledge of relevant financial and regulatory compliance guidelines
- Proficiency in using accounting tools and software applications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
