Role Description The Assistant Manager will support the daily operations of Vision Plus Security Control Limited and help ensure that security services are delivered efficiently and in line with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ajmer. Key responsibilities include supervising teams, coordinating staff schedules, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and client requirements. The Assistant Manager will assist in handling client queries, preparing basic operational reports, and escalating issues when needed. The role also involves supporting audits and inspections, maintaining accurate records, and helping train and guide team members. The Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with senior management to implement process improvements and maintain a safe, compliant, and professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to supervise teams, coordinate shifts, and support day-to-day operations in a structured environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize under deadlines.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, management, and clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort working with operational logs and reports.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify issues, escalate appropriately, and contribute to practical solutions.
- Previous experience in security services, facility management, or operations supervision is an advantage.
- Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Willingness to work on-site in Ajmer and adjust to shift schedules if required by operational needs.
