Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Mumbai. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, coordinating projects, and ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives. The role includes managing communications with clients, allocating resources efficiently, and assisting in strategizing and implementing business initiatives. The candidate will also monitor project milestones, identify challenges, and ensure smooth workflows across departments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining professional relationships with clients and team members.

- Proficiency with common office software and tools; familiarity with industry-specific platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the music or entertainment industry is advantageous but not required.
