Roles And Responsibilities:
- Marketing of battery swap business expansion,establish marketing plan and execute based on customer
perceptions as below listed activities
- Dealership management and engagement plan
- Coordinate with OEM partner and their dealers to achieve targeted sales volumes.
- Manager B2B sales by identifying and partnering with potential B2B players for 2W and 3W sales.
- 1. Dealers Management and Customer Experience:
- Sales Support & Performance Managementz
- Communicate with OEM and monitor wholesale
- Communicate with the dealers, monitor retail sales and support the dealer in sales of swappable
- vehicles
- Conduct regular reviews of sales staff to help dealers to achieve targeted sales, conversion and
- customer satisfaction goals.
- Dealer Training & Development
- Organize swapping solutions training sessions for dealer staff and new joiners on regular basis
- Train dealers staff on SOPs, customer handling and to increase the vehicles sales.
- Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality
- Monitor customer complaints and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with operations, SCM
- team
- Drive initiatives to improve CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores at dealerships.
- Dealer Engagement and Monitoring
- Regularly visit dealers to monitor retail activities and provide performance feedback.
- Ensure dealership compliance with HEID standards for infrastructure, branding, and operations.
- Support dealers in improving profitability and customer reach.
- Lead optimization: Track customer journey at Partner dealerships – Leads, Leads calling status from
- dealerships and conversion.
- Inventory Management
- Optimize battery inventory levels at dealerships in coordination with SCM team
- Ensure smooth supply chain operations and prevent stockouts/overstocking.
- 2. B2B Alliance and Partnerships
- Manage B2B customer (Fleet operators, logistics companies) relation and coordinate for trial
- activities
- Responsible for end- to-end cycle of B2B Sales process Identify potential customers, reach plan,
- trials and conversions.
- Actively participate in the activities that add value, solve problems of B2B Customer for swappable
