Role Overview
The Assistant Manager/Manager – Institutional Partnerships will play a key role in supporting the expansion and management of GSP’s global institutional partner network across key destination markets including Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States. This role requires a mix of partner management, stakeholder coordination, and operational support to drive growth and enhance partner performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Support the expansion and onboarding of new institutional partners across global markets.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing university partners to ensure strong engagement and alignment.
• Coordinate with internal teams (admissions, BDMs, marketing) to drive partner specific recruitment outcomes.
• Monitor partner performance metrics and support initiatives to improve student enrolments.
• Assist in executing growth strategies for key markets including Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, UK, and the US.
• Ensure compliance with partner guidelines, policies, and international education standards and update it to the Internal Team.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights on partner performance and growth opportunities.
• Act as a point of contact for partner queries and support issue resolution.
Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in institutional partnerships, international student recruitment, or education consulting.
• Strong understanding of global education markets (Australia, Canada, UK, US, Europe, New Zealand preferred).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
