Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager based in New Delhi. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate with various teams, ensure the smooth execution of projects, and manage client expectations. Responsibilities include team supervision, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining quality standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailor-made modular solutions. The role requires excellent leadership capabilities and strategic thinking to drive success.
Qualifications
- Strong team management, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage timelines, execute strategies, and ensure quality assurance
- Excellent customer relationship management and client communication abilities
- Background in project execution, vendor coordination, and cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in planning, problem-solving, and decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
- Previous experience in the modular or home design industry is an advantage
