Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Gurugram. The Assistant Manager will support daily operational tasks, oversee staff, and ensure efficient processes to meet business goals. Responsibilities include team leadership, coordinating schedules, resolving customer inquiries, maintaining operational standards, and supporting overall organizational success. The individual will collaborate closely with various stakeholders and play a critical role in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications

- Operational management capabilities, including experience in scheduling, resource allocation, and process optimization.
