Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager, located in Bengaluru. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, supporting team performance, ensuring project timelines are met, analyzing data, and contributing to strategic business objectives. The role will also involve cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in team management, leadership, and decision-making
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and manage data effectively
- Project and operations management expertise, including meeting deadlines and driving efficiency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration
- Proficiency in relevant office software and tools
- Educational background in Business Management, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a related sector is an advantage
- Strong ability to adapt to dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities
