Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager position based in Bhatinda. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operational tasks, manage project timelines and deliverables, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects meet quality and performance standards. Responsibilities include effective resource planning, maintaining client relationships, monitoring project budgets, and preparing detailed reports. The role also requires analyzing processes for improvements and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Qualifications
- Project management skills including resource planning, time management, and ensuring project milestones are met
- Technical expertise in the power or energy sector, with an understanding of industry-specific methodologies and standards
- Strong leadership and team management skills to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication for client interactions, reporting, and internal coordination
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement
- Knowledge of budget management and proficiency in preparing detailed reports
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications are a plus
- Proficiency in industry-specific software tools and technologies is an advantage
