We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional to manage end-to-end HR activities across multi-location retail stores and act as the HR SPOC for retail teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage retail HR operations, employee lifecycle, onboarding, transfers, exits & F&F
• Handle payroll coordination and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity, Shops & Establishment)
• Maintain HRMS data accuracy (Keka or similar), attendance, approvals & audit compliance
• Resolve employee queries, grievance handling & disciplinary coordination
• Support manpower planning, staffing, hiring coordination & attrition tracking
• Prepare HR MIS reports – headcount, payroll, attendance, attrition & compliance dashboards
• Drive employee engagement activities across stores
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs, governance & process compliance
Preferred Background:
Retail / Apparel / Fashion / QSR / FMCG with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 4–5 years of HR Operations experience in Retail, Apparel, QSR, FMCG, or multi-location workforce environments
• Strong experience in payroll coordination, statutory compliance, employee lifecycle management & store HR operations
• Good knowledge of PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus & Shops & Establishment compliances
• Experience handling onboarding, transfers, exits, absconding cases & attrition management
• Hands-on experience with HRMS platforms like Keka, including data management, approvals & reporting
• Ability to handle employee queries, grievance management & stakeholder coordination effectively
• Experience in manpower planning, staffing coordination & retail hiring support
• Comfortable with HR MIS reporting – headcount, attendance, payroll, attrition & compliance dashboards
• Detail-oriented with strong process compliance and audit mindset
• Strong communication and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with minimal supervision
