Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role based in Jaipur. The Assistant Manager will support branch operations, including overseeing daily customer service activities, ensuring timely processing of loan applications, and maintaining accurate documentation and records. The role involves coordinating with sales teams to achieve branch targets, monitoring portfolio quality, and assisting in collections and follow-ups as per company guidelines. The Assistant Manager will analyze customer financials, support credit assessments, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. The role also includes mentoring team members, preparing periodic reports for management, and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service, relationship management, and communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customer segments.
- Proficiency in basic financial analysis, credit understanding, and familiarity with retail lending products such as vehicle, gold, personal, and small business loans.
- Solid organizational, documentation, and time management skills to handle high-volume operational tasks accurately and on schedule.
- Comfort with digital tools, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and branch-level systems or loan management platforms.
- Problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, commerce, business administration, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification or relevant certification in finance or banking is an advantage.
- Prior experience in NBFCs, banks, or financial services, especially in branch operations, sales support, or credit, is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a performance-driven environment.
