Role Description
As an Assistant Manager at Shree Cement Ltd., you will manage and oversee operations to ensure efficiency, coordinate cross-functional teams, and support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities include planning and executing specific projects, preparing reports, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines. You will work closely with senior managers and lead initiatives to meet business objectives. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Mumbai location.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects, manage teams, and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Operational and Analytical Skills: Experience in streamlining processes, analyzing data, and creating actionable insights to drive productivity.
- Communication and Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to approach challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite and strong familiarity with project management software is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree (MBA) is a plus.
- Prior experience in the cement or manufacturing sector will be advantageous.
- Demonstrable knowledge of sustainability practices and operational excellence is a strong asset.
