Designation - Assistant Manager_ECOM Beauty
Total work experience - 4 years
- Complete understanding of the brand guidelines, assortment, sub-categories and top revenue drivers
- In depth understanding of the e-com business model to clearly identify opportunities for the brand on new and old platforms
- Regular assessment of the platforms covering:
- Live assortment vs the brand approved list
- PDP images in line with the brand shared guidelines
- Brand page, asset relevance in comparison with the competition brands
- The brand listing page, selection of top 10-15 products on the page
- Closure of marketing plans with the platforms to drive the targets monthly and quarterly
- Timely execution of the marketing plan aligned with the respective platforms with POEs
- Stock evaluation in terms of days of cover on platforms and aligning replenishment
- End to end management of the new launch ensuring listing, stock availability, visibility and performance of the same
- Competition benchmarking in terms of visibility, promos, GWPs
- Regular discussion with the global brand team to discuss updates regarding upcoming new launches, campaigns etc.
Qualifications
- Minimum high school education or equivalent
- 4+ years' of retail or equivalent management experience
- Strong verbal or written communication skills
