Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for the position of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, managing team performance, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service. Additional duties include tracking operational efficiency, addressing customer inquiries, implementing banking policies, and assisting with strategic planning and decision-making to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Operations, Process Management, and Team Supervision
- Strong knowledge of Financial Products, Banking Policies, and Compliance Guidelines
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and Service Excellence
- Analytical, Problem-solving, and Decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in banking software and understanding of digital payment platforms is preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, or a related field
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable
