Role Description
This is a full-time Assistant Manager role, located on-site in Jhajjar. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, manage a team, and ensure productivity and efficiency within the assigned scope. Key responsibilities include coordinating resources, analyzing performance metrics, troubleshooting operational issues, and driving improvements. The role also involves maintaining clear communication with the team and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of company goals.
Qualifications
