Role Description

The Assistant Manager will oversee operational, administrative, and customer service functions to ensure efficient execution of business processes and support team goals. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, supervising team performance, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining excellent customer service standards. The role also includes monitoring operational metrics and suggesting process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dibrugarh East.


Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in reporting, data analysis, and monitoring operational metrics to support decision-making and improvements.
  • Exceptional customer service, collaboration, and communication skills to engage with both customers and internal teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of financial products or credit card services is an advantage.
  • Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strong problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in an operational role or financial services industry is a plus.
