Role Description
* Handle complete day-to-day factory production operations
* Supervise pallet, crate, and wooden packaging manufacturing process
* Manage labor, machine operators, and production staff
* Ensure daily production targets are completed on time
* Maintain quality standards for pallets and export packaging
* Coordinate raw material planning and reduce wastage
* Monitor dispatch, loading, and delivery schedules
* Maintain production reports, stock records, and factory discipline
* Coordinate with purchase, sales, and dispatch departments
* Ensure safety, housekeeping, and smooth factory workflow
* Solve production and manpower issues efficiently
* Support management in improving productivity and operational efficiency
Qualifications
* 3–7 years experience in wooden packaging, pallet manufacturing, plywood, furniture, fabrication, or factory operations
* Knowledge of pallet production, industrial packaging, and factory workflow
* Ability to handle manpower and production pressure
* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, reporting)
* Good communication and leadership skills
* Experience in machine handling and production planning preferred
* Understanding of quality control and dispatch coordination
