Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role located in Kanpur. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operations, monitor team performance, and ensure targets are achieved. Responsibilities include planning and executing strategies to optimize processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet organizational goals, and maintaining compliance with company policies. The individual will also contribute to developing solutions for operational challenges to drive efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications
- Excellent team management and leadership skills, including the ability to delegate tasks effectively and mentor team members
- Proficiency in strategic planning, operations management, and problem-solving
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
- Analytical and decision-making skills to handle complex scenarios and achieve business objectives
- Knowledge of supply chain processes, compliance standards, and regulatory policies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Experience in the FMCG or consumer goods industry is advantageous
