Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in Delhi, India. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting the distribution and marketing of chemical products. The role involves coordinating with various departments, managing inventory, implementing strategies, and handling administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
Qualifications
- Graduate / B.Tech/ MBA
- Experience in Operations Management, and Staff Management
- Strong Customer Service and Relationship Management skills
- Proficiency in Inventory Management, and Supply Chain Coordination
- Excellent Administrative Skills, including Planning and Scheduling
- Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Experience in the chemical industry is a plus
