Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Giridih for the position of Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, coordinating teams, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines, and optimizing efficiency in mining processes. The individual will also assist in planning, managing resources, preparing reports, and contributing to the implementation of improved mining and operational strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in team management, resource planning, and operational supervision
- Experience in ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
- Strong analytical skills for reporting and optimization of processes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a relevant field
- Knowledge of the mining industry and its regulatory frameworks is preferred
- Ability to work in high-pressure environments and adapt to shifting priorities
- Experience in using industry-specific tools and software is a plus
