๐ฏ What Youโll Do
๐น HR Operations
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit)
- Ensure smooth execution of HR operations, payroll inputs & HRMS updates
- Maintain employee records, MIS, and HR dashboards
๐น Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as a trusted HR partner for employee queries and concerns
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs
- Handle grievance resolution and foster a positive work environment
๐น Recruitment & Talent Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing to onboarding)
- Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure smooth hiring experience
- Build talent pipelines and enhance candidate experience
๐น HR Policy & Process Implementation
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, SOPs & compliance requirements
- Drive implementation and continuous improvement of HR processes
- Support audits, documentation, and policy communication
๐น Local Administration (Hyderabad Office)
- Oversee office administration and facility management
- Coordinate with vendors (housekeeping, security, etc.)
- Ensure smooth functioning of workplace operations
๐น Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Deliver clear and effective HR communication across teams
- Conduct trainings, inductions, and employee sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals

What Weโre Looking For
- MBA / PGDM in HR (or equivalent)
- 4โ8 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of:
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Employee Relations & Engagement
- Recruitment coordination
- HR Policies & compliance
- Hands-on experience with HRMS (SAP / Workday / Darwinbox, etc.)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
