Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for an Assistant Manager based in Nashik. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure process efficiency, manage a team, and monitor key performance metrics for the region. Responsibilities include executing operational strategies, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and addressing client and partner queries. The role also involves problem-solving, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Operations and Management: Strong organizational skills, team management, and the ability to oversee operational processes to ensure efficiency.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders effectively.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Analytical skills to identify challenges, propose solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with logistics technology platforms and a keen understanding of data management tools is a plus.
- Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field; prior experience in logistics or operations management is preferred.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meet deadlines, and handle evolving priorities efficiently.
