Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager at Pharmazone, based in Ahmedabad. The Assistant Manager will oversee daily operational activities, coordinate with various teams to ensure project deliverables are met, and maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities also include assisting in project management for GMP and GCP assignments, ensuring timely client communication, and supporting the team in achieving operational effectiveness. The role demands strategic planning, problem-solving, and reporting progress to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Project Management, Team Coordination, and Operational Oversight
- Knowledge of Regulatory Affairs, GMP guidelines, and GCP compliance
- Proficiency in Communication, Client Relationship Management, and Reporting
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for project delivery
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical or life sciences industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced qualifications preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and project management software
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
